Return and Exchange Policy – Twisted Teddy Apparel
At Twisted Teddy Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before requesting an exchange or return.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage
- Item must be returned with original packaging if possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed and the replacement item will be shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited nature of our products and print-on-demand production, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit (MINUS THE PROCESSING FEE) that can be used for a future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items
- Limited edition drops
Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive your return for exchanges or store credit to be processed.
